It has been almost four months now, since I got a rented flat through this Gurukrupa Realtors. I thought, I should share my experience here. When I first called them, Mr. Mahesh
picked up the call and noted my requirements and understood my urgency. After two days I received a call from Swapnali from Gurukrupa and she informed that according to my requirement, they have got a flat. She was extremely helpful. When I reached their office to see the flat in the evening, the staff including Subhashish and Junaid were very polite and helpful. I saw the flat and liked it, and came back to their office. I had lots of queries about the locality and society. They answered all my queries. They did not lied at any point which usually does not happen. I am a bachelor, still they convinced the flat owner to rent it to me. They also helped me in settling here, in getting gas connection, household materials and bedding as well. The most important thing which I liked about them is their honesty. They never lied in the whole interaction. I am writing here to say them thanks.
